52 WAYS to WELLBEING

I’ve decided that my 52 WAYS to WELLBEING episodes will from now on mostly be written rather than recorded as podcasts. The only reason for this is that I’m struggling to find the time to record something weekly. Now that I have two books being published in quick succession (Positively Teenage in May and The Teenage Guide to Life Online in June) I just have far too much on. I have masses of events booked over the summer already. Also, the technicalities of producing the recordings are tricky when I don’t have proper equipment. WFundamentals of readaxation or reading for pleasure and wellbeinghen I do things, I like to do them well and I don’t think I’m doing this well enough!

Here are links to all the previous episodes. The next one will come very soon.

Introduction

#1 Set Smart Goals

#2 Relaxation is Not a Luxury

#3 Believe That You Can Affect Your Wellbeing

#4  The Value of Physical Exercise

#5, 6, 7  5: Have a Bath  6: Stroke an Animal  7: Cook or Bake

#8 What Went Well? (And Using Character Strengths)

Occasionally, I will still record them, as I know they are really useful for school assemblies and tutor groups, but for the moment I need to remove the commitment to do them all like that. Also, I plan to put them all together in one item next year and make it available as a download, so this helps that aim.
